PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combiner that has an improved withstanding voltage of an isolation resistance.SOLUTION: The combiner includes: a first input terminal; a first impedance converter having an input electrically connected to the first input terminal; a second input terminal; a second impedance converter having an input electrically connected to the second input terminal; an output terminal for outputting a combined output of the first and second impedance converters; a first resistor having one terminal electrically connected to the first input terminal; and a second resistor having one terminal electrically connected to the second input terminal and the other terminal electrically connected to the other terminal of the first resistor.
