<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light stabilized oral solid composition by conveniently preventing amlodipine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof from being discolored and decomposed by light.SOLUTION: The invention provides an oral solid composition containing at least one excipient selected from the group consisting of (a) amlodipine besylate, (b) iron oxide, and (c) a hydrogenated starch hydrolysate and a reduced palatinose, and having no covering layer; and a method for producing the oral solid composition mixing iron oxide when preparing the oral solid composition containing at least one excipient selected from the group consisting of amlodipine besylate, a hydrogenated starch hydrolysate, and a reduced palatinose.</p> |
