A method using peel-and-stick to fabricate an optical fiber end-face metallic micro/nanostructure; first, fabricating on a substrate a metal micro/nanostructure having a relatively low adhesion to the substrate; then, coating an end-face of an optical fiber with an adhesive or coating the surface of said metallic micro/nanostructure with an adhesive; next, bonding at a preset angle said optical fiber end-face and said metallic micro/nanostructure; finally, curing said adhesive and peeling said optical fiber end-face and said metallic micro/nanostructure from the substrate, completing preparation. The peel-and-stick method of peeling the noble metal from the substrate weakly bound thereto is employed, thus a method is provided whereby a high-quality metallic micro/nanostructure can be prepared on an optical fiber end-face; furthermore, the process of the method is simple, rapid, and low-cost. |
