<p>Provided are an organic EL element production method and a production device allowing a flexible sealing substrate having an adhesive layer pre-formed thereon to be adhered uniformly to an organic EL structure body by suppressing bubbles and wrinkles. A method for producing an organic EL element (1) wherein a sealing member (3), having a sealing substrate (15) and an adhesive layer (14) containing a heat-curable adhesive, is adhered to an organic EL structure body (2) formed over a substrate (16), thereby sealing the organic EL structure body (2), is characterized by including a first step (S105) of orienting the substrate (16) and the sealing member (3) face-to-face, superposing the organic EL structure body (2) and the adhesive layer (14) of the sealing member (3) and bringing both parties into tight contact under conditions where the adhesive layer (14) has a first adhesiveness, a second step (S106) of bringing into tight contact the organic EL structure body (2) and the sealing member (3) under conditions where the adhesive layer (14) has a second, higher adhesiveness than the first adhesiveness, and a third step (S107) of curing the adhesive layer (14), in this order.</p> |
