PURPOSE:To make temperature of mixed water equal to a set temperature at all times even when water pressure changes by providing an automatic regulating valve that equalizes secondary pressure of hot water and cold water and a detector that detects temperature of mixed hot water. CONSTITUTION:Pressure of hot water and water before reaching a mixing valve 24 is equalized by an automatic pressure regulating valve 21 even when primary pressure of hot water and water changes. Accordingly, no change is caused in mixing ratio of hot water and water, and stable mixed water can be supplied. Even when temperature of mixed water changes exceeding the limit of accuracy of regulation of the pressure regulating valve 21 or temperature of supplied hot water changes periodically, temperature of mixed water at every moment is detected by a temperature detector 30, and the mixing valve 24 is controlled to make the temperature equal to set temperature. Thus, as mixing ratio of hot water and water is changed, temperature of mixed water can be made equal to set temperature even when water pressure fluctuates.
