The present invention relates to a food composition for bowel movement promotion and weight loss, comprising: Psyllium husk powder; Aspergillus oryzae; and aloe extraction powder. More specifically, the present invention improves easiness of ingestion by fermenting the Psyllium husk powder which is insoluble among dietary fiber materials by the Aspergillus oryzae, can pulverize the same, promotes metabolism in the body such as helping ingestion of foods by generating active enzyme materials (amylase, protease, lipase, etc.) by fermentation, and is effective in constipation, diet, fatigue recovery, and hangover cures by comprising the aloe extraction powder. |
