摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impeller with blades constituted by surfaces formed by straight line elements in which a tool side surface can be processed by 4-spindle processing machine and provide its processing method.SOLUTION: An impeller 70 has a blade that is constituted by surfaces in which straight line elements 71 constituting a blade surface are not in parallel to each other, but formed by straight line elements placed at twisted positions. A projected line when the straight line elements 71 constituting the blade surface of the impeller 70 are projected onto a Z-axis projection surface 75 is defined as a Z-projected line 72. A distance from an origin 79 of a crossing point between a line having the Z-projected line 72 extended and a Z-axis 74 acting as a central line of the impeller is defined as a Z-axis distance 81 of the straight line elements 71 constituting the blade surfaces. The impeller 70 is constituted by surfaces in which a relation between the Z-axis distance 81 of the straight line elements 71 constituting the blade surfaces and a twisting angle α of the straight line elements shows a curved line; an angle at which the Z-projected line 72 of the straight line elements 71 constituting blade surfaces crosses with the Z-axis 74 is not a right angle; and the Z-projected line 72 is constituted by the surface formed by straight line elements that are parallel to each other.
