<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a logic circuit capable of operating even by use of unipolar depletion transistors.SOLUTION: A logic circuit comprises: a source follower circuit; and a logic circuit which has an input part to which an output part of the source follower circuit is connected and includes transistors all of which is unipolar, in which potential of wiring on a low-potential side connected to the source follower circuit is lower than that of wiring on a low-potential side connected to the logic circuit including the transistors all of which is unipolar. By doing this, the logic circuit capable of operating even by use of unipolar depletion transistors can be provided.</p> |
