<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase shifter in which a micro-strip line part can be easily attached to or detached from a body part and which can inhibit conduction failure caused by repetition of attachment and detachment and aged deterioration.SOLUTION: A phase shifter comprises a passage plate 2 composed of a body part 6 having a body-side dielectric substrate 3a and a plurality of micro-strip line parts 7 each having an attachment dielectric substrate 3b detachably fitted to the body part 6. The attachment dielectric substrate 3b of the micro-strip line part 7 is slid in a direction parallel to a surface of the body-side dielectric substrate 3a of the body part 6 to be fitted to the body-side dielectric substrate 3a.</p> |
