PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress degradation in accuracy of prediction for occurrence of EOE.SOLUTION: A prediction apparatus 10 includes: a first mesh division unit; a wiring density calculation unit; a selection unit that selects a plurality of meshes that are meshes each having a wiring density equal to or higher than a predetermined value; an identification unit that identifies the first mesh closest to each of a plurality of second meshes other than the first meshes in the plurality of meshes, from among the first meshes; and an output unit that outputs information indicating that EOE occurs to each of the first meshes if an area of the following second mesh is not less than a first predetermined value, and suppresses degradation in accuracy of EOE occurrence prediction. |
