PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect the direction of a tilt of a lens unit and the amount of the tilt.SOLUTION: A tilt detection device includes: a contour extraction part (#6) for extracting a contour of a ring-shaped formed image; an area calculation part (#8) for calculating the area of a graphic surrounded by the contour; a ring detection part (#9) for detecting the center of the ring-shaped formed image surrounded by the contour; and a ring detection correcting parts (#11, #22) for detecting the center of a large ring in the formed image on the basis of the outer contour line of the large ring, and also detecting the center of a small ring on the basis of the inner contour line of the small ring. |
