PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air compressor that can switch a charging mode without interrupting work of an operator and allows an operator to concentrate on work without paying attention to the time to switch the charging mode.SOLUTION: The air compressor includes charging mode setting means 140 for setting the charging mode of the air compressor 10. The air compressor includes at least: a normal mode; a silent mode where a rotation number of a motor 12 is suppressed relative to that of the normal mode; a switching mode where the charging mode is switched automatically between the normal mode and the silent mode according to a determined condition, as the charging mode. |
