PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel purification method of norovirus virus-like particles.SOLUTION: A purification method of norovirus virus-like particles includes steps of: contacting a solution containing the norovirus virus-like particles with a carrier for hydroxyapatite chromatography to bind the virus-like particles to the carrier; subsequently, washing the carrier with a buffer; and then, eluting the virus-like particles from the carrier with a buffer containing a phosphate, the phosphate level of the buffer used for the elution being less than 10 mM. |
