A method for recycling water-contained sludge and/or waste, and the cement raw material powder and pulverized coal prepared by said method. The method comprises: in a dry-method cement production process, adding the water-containing sludge and/or waste into raw material or into a vertical mill with the raw material simultaneously, performing mixing and milling in order to make the water content of the mixed materials to be 3-15wt%, obtaining the sludge-contained raw material powder, and then calcining the obtained raw material powder into cement clinker conventionally; or mixing and milling the coal and the water-contained sludge and/or waste which are/is 1-30wt% of the coal, and obtaining pulverized coal with the sludge and/or waste. |
