The present invention is an organic thin-film solar cell including a photoelectric conversion layer, wherein the photoelectric conversion layer includes a portion containing a sulfide of a Group 15 element in the periodic table and a portion containing an organic semiconductor having a molecular weight of less than 10,000, and the portion containing a sulfide of a Group 15 element in the periodic table and the portion containing an organic semiconductor having a molecular weight of less than 10,000 contact with each other. |
