发明名称 Stack and Folding-Typed Electrode Assembly Having Improved Electrolyte Wetting Property and Method for preparation of the same
摘要 PURPOSE: A stack/folding type lithium polymer secondary battery and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve electrolyte impregnation capability of the stack/folding type electrode assembly and to enhance performance and life span of the secondary battery. CONSTITUTION: A stack/folding type lithium polymer secondary battery is formed by folding a plurality of unit cells by a long sheet type separation film. The stack/folding type lithium polymer secondary battery has same settlement intensity between a separation film and the unit cells as the settlement intensity between electrodes included in the unit cells and the separation film. The stack/folding type electrode assembly goes through settlement intensity equalization process by pressurizing with 20-50 atm in a chamber after successively reeling and laminating a plurality of unit cells on the long sheet type separation film.
