PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve miniaturization by reducing the number of components, in a lens barrel on which a light quantity adjustment part is mounted.SOLUTION: A lens barrel L includes a lens holding frame 1 holding lens groups L1a and L1b. A sensor holding member 4 holding an imaging element 20 is relatively movable to the lens holding frame 1 in an optical axis direction. A focus adjustment ring 2 changes a relative position between the sensor holding member 4 and the lens holding frame 1 in the optical axis direction of an optical system. A diaphragm unit 3 for adjusting a light quantity includes an actuator for driving a diaphragm. The sensor holding member 4 includes an extension part 4f extending from a base part perpendicular to an optical axis in the optical axis direction. The actuator for driving the diaphragm is arranged to face at least one surface of the extension part 4f in a plane perpendicular to the optical axis. |
