PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentration measuring device with a function capable of easily determining the presence/absence of an uncoated region by visual observation when a sample liquid is dropped on a spot application region.SOLUTION: A concentration measuring device has a spot application region E, and can measure the concentration of a target component in a sample liquid X1 dropped on the spot application region. A light irradiation device, which emits irradiation light L1 having a wavelength absorbed by a dye of the sample liquid X1 to be dropped, is provided on a lower side of the spot application region E. The irradiation light L1 transmits through the spot application region, and thus the sample liquid X1 dropped on the spot application region E can be illuminated from the lower side of the spot application region. Therefore, an uncoated region in the spot application region E can be easily discovered by visual observation. The spot application region E includes, for example, a through hole 2 provided in a support film 1a, and a separation film 1b for closing the through hole 2. |
