PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like cell culture with high activities, such as cytokine production capability, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a method for producing a sheet-like cell culture comprising steps of freezing cells, thawing the cells freezed, and forming the sheet-like cell culture; the sheet-like cell culture with high activities produced by the production method concerned; and a method for treating diseases associated with abnormality of a tissue by the sheet-like cell culture concerned. |
