PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing instrument which projects a writing part from a front end opening of a body shaft with a simple structure and small number of components.SOLUTION: A writing instrument 1 has a built-in body shaft 2 formed of a soft material such as silicone or an elastomer. The body shaft 2 has a stretch part 3 capable of being stretched and formed into a bellows-like shape, and a front shaft part 4 and a rear shaft part 5 are blocked so as to sandwich the stretch part 3 in a longitudinal direction. When a rear end of the rear shaft part 5 is pushed forward, a rear end of a shaft hole 11 pushes a rear end of a refill 12, the stretch part 3 shrinks and the rear shaft part 5 moves forward, then the rear end of the refill 12 is pushed by the rear end of the shaft hole 11. Therefore the refill 12 moves forward and a writing part 15 projects from a front end opening 8. |
