PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure water pressure resistance characteristics against a water pressure fluctuation in a hot water storage tank and a stable discharge volume.SOLUTION: A fuel battery system 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a circulation pump 3 circulating water stored in a hot water storage tank 2 between a fuel battery unit 1 and the hot water storage tank 2. The circulation pump 3 includes: a main body 30; a drive mechanism 40; and a passage portion 50. The main body 30 includes: an inlet 31 connected to the hot water storage tank 2; an outlet 32 connected to the fuel battery unit 1; a first pump chamber P1 communicating with the inlet 31; and a second pump chamber P2 communicating with the outlet 32. The drive mechanism 40 includes a first diaphragm 41 and a second diaphragm 42, and drives the first and second diaphragms 41 and 42 to reciprocate in the first and second pump chambers P1 and P2, respectively so that pump actuation cycles are opposite in phase. The passage portion 50 is connected between the first pump chamber P1 and the second pump chamber P2 and enables liquid communication from the first pump chamber P1 to the second pump chamber P2.
