PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve effective power reduction and service provision by coordinating both of a power reduction request and service provision when they are performed in a power management jurisdiction area.SOLUTION: In a system for managing total consumption power within a jurisdiction area, a server 10 held by an aggregator predicts total consumption power within the jurisdiction area on a prediction object day, and distributes outing promotion information promoting outing on the prediction object day to home servers 30 installed in houses within the jurisdiction area if the prediction result exceeds a contract demand, and also distributes power excess information indicating the prediction result having exceeded the contract demand to a contact server 20 held by a service intermediary agent. When the contact server 20 receives the power excess information, it distributes service request information to cause a service provider to provide a predetermined service within the jurisdiction area to a communication terminal held by the service provider. |
