PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and flexible compensator for unbalanced compression forces for a press machine by compensating an offset between the axis of a stem and a ram surface.SOLUTION: The compensator comprises: a first body 20 having a first concave coupling surface and a first end portion 22 opposite the first concave coupling surface; and a second body 30 having a second convex coupling surface and a second end portion 32 opposite the second convex coupling surface. The first coupling surface and the second coupling surface are geometrically coupled to each other in such a way as to allow a relative rotational motion between the first body and the second body. The end portion of at least one of the bodies is fixed to a structural element 101 of a press machine 100, and the end portion of the other body is configured for forming an abutment surface that interacts, in use, with the free end portion 402 of a stem shaft 401 of a gas cylinder 400 of the press machine. |
