PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of facilitating multiplexing of a sounding resource signal (SRS) in a wireless communication apparatus.SOLUTION: In a slot in a sub-frame in which an SRS detector 310 provided in a wireless communication apparatus 302 has detected a signal for inserting an SRS symbol, a structure multiplexer 312 modifies a channel structure of the slot, and multiplexes by replacing some symbols in an existing channel comprising a plurality of symbols with the SRS symbol. Here, a spreading coder 314 generates a time domain orthogonal spreading code whose length and type are determined in accordance with the length of the channel shortened by the replacement and redoes multiplexing of the existing channel, thereby facilitating the multiplexing of the SRS. |
