<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that circularity and cylindricity of a stator may be deteriorated in a stator manufacturing process.SOLUTION: An outer diameter part 5 of a stator intermediary body 1 configured by assembling a coil 3 to a stator core 2 is attached to a rotary member 12 in a state where a circularity correction tool 7 is attached to an inner peripheral surface 10a. While rotating the rotary member, vanish is dropped on a coil end part 3a from nozzles 22a, 22b, and after heat-hardening, the vanish is cooled. The stator intermediary body to which the circularity correction tool 7 with predetermined circularity is attached is expanded by heat-hardening and contracted by cooling to correct the circularity.</p> |
