PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enteric-coated preparation having film formability and acid resistance by a simple and efficient way, without requiring a special cooling device.SOLUTION: The invention provides a method of producing aqueous enteric coating liquid at least comprising: neutralizing partially an aqueous suspension containing at least a cellulose-based enteric base with an alkaline aqueous solution; and combining a plasticizer with the aqueous suspension neutralized partially. The invention also provides the solid preparation having at least: a core part containing a medicament; and a coating part coating the core part with the aqueous enteric coating liquid produced by the method. The invention further provides a production method of the solid preparation at least comprising: respective steps of the production method of the aqueous enteric coating liquid; and coating step of the core part containing the medicament with the aqueous enteric coating liquid produced by the production method of the aqueous enteric coating liquid.
