摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection method capable of highly accurately performing detection in a short time using a biochip, to provide a detection device, to provide a biochip screening method, to provide a screening device, and to provide a biochip.SOLUTION: A method for using a biochip comprises: a light receiving step including a first light receiving step of receiving second light generated by irradiating a plurality of biomolecule support regions arranged on a first surface of the biochip with first light and a second light receiving step of receiving fourth light emitted by irradiating an alignment mark including a light-emitting material provided in the first surface with third light; an alignment step of aligning the plurality of biomolecule support regions on the basis of the light receiving results of the received fourth light; and a detection step of detecting affinity between the biomolecules formed in the biomolecule support regions and targets included in a specimen on the basis of the light-receiving results of the received second light.
