<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce burden on a user when understanding accurate clamping torque.SOLUTION: First clamping force calculation means (34) of a gasket clamping calculation system (1) calculates a first clamping force on the basis of effective width and effective diameter corresponding to a specified size, specified pressure, and gasket factor of a specified gasket. Second clamping force calculation means (35) calculates a second clamping force on the basis of the effective width and effective diameter, as well as a minimum design clamping pressure of the specified gasket. Third clamping force calculation means (36) calculates a third clamping force by multiplying a gasket contact area corresponding to a specified size with a minimum clamping surface pressure corresponding to the specified gasket and a kind of internal fluid. Minimum clamping torque calculation means (37) calculates a minimum clamping torque on the basis of a maximum value among the first clamping force, the second clamping force, and the third clamping force as well as the information about a bolt. Presentation means (43) presents the minimum clamping torque to a user.</p> |
