PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phytotoxic function-reducing agent comprising a stabilized agricultural oil-in-water type emulsion composition.SOLUTION: Provided is a composition comprising: a monomer that is at least one methyl acrylate compatible with the oil phase; an initiator to be compatible with the monomer; an agriculturally active component comprising meptyldinocap; a lipophilic nonionic surfactant that is a mono- or poly-alkyl ether or ester optionally ethoxylated with at least one glycerol or polyglycerol; a hydrophilic nonionic surfactant that is a mono- or poly-alkyl ether or ester of at least one poly-ethoxylated sorbitan; and at least one ionic surfactant that is an alkyl sulfonic acid derivative.
