PURPOSE:To prevent a correction omission of a source program by generating a patch by inputting a before-correction object program list and an after- correction object program list after a before-correction source program and an after-correction source program have been complied. CONSTITUTION:A correcting means 11 corrects a before-correction source program 1, and thereafter, corrects an after-correction source program 2. Subsequently, a patch generating means 9 compares a before-correction object program list of a before-correction object program 5 generated by compiling the before-correction source program 1 by a compiler 3, and an after-correction object program list of an after-correction object program 6 generated by compiling the after-correction source program 2 by a compiler 4, and generates a patch 10 for changing the before-correction object program 5 so as to become equal to the after-correction object program 6. In such a way, a correction omission of the source program can be prevented.
