<p>The present invention relates to a building material for civil engineering and construction with superior tensile strength, which is manufactured using waste rubber and waste synthetic resin and, more specifically, to a building material for civil engineering and construction with superior tensile strength, manufactured using waste rubber and waste synthetic resin, which is characterized by being manufactured using a mixture material. The mixture material contains: a first mixture of the waste rubber and the waste synthetic resin which are mixed at a predetermined temperature and at a predetermined speed for a predetermined time; organic additives of polypropylene (PP); and inorganic additives of glass fibers and is formed by mixing the ingredients at a predetermined temperature for a predetermined time.</p> |
