PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect abnormality of an interruption control system without owing to duplex of a circuit in whole area, without creating a test pattern for built-in self test by consuming long time, and without significantly increasing power consumption.SOLUTION: A test interruption request is periodically generated to an interruption signal system from an interruption controller to a central processing unit by using a time register and the like, and a state of an interruption request flag in the interruption controller is confirmed in an interruption processing routine. When same interruption request flag is in a set state continuously twice or more times, it is estimated that failure occurs in the interruption signal system, it is determined as abnormality. |
