PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus configured to perform efficient image processing using an arithmetic device, and to provide a control program.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus includes: a setting information storage unit 36 which stores setting information according to the type of an arithmetic device; and an arithmetic control unit 34 for controlling arithmetic operation of the arithmetic device according to the stored setting information. The setting information storage unit 36 stores information for specifying a program based on which the arithmetic device performs arithmetic operation, out of a plurality of different programs for performing predetermined image processing, as setting information. The arithmetic control unit 34 controls arithmetic operation to be performed based on the program specified in the stored setting information. |
