A method of treating AML and/or MDS comprising administering to a patient a therapeutically effective amount of Volasertib optionally in the form of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a hydrate thereof in combination with Decitabine, optionally in the form of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a hydrate thereof, wherein both active ingredients are administered simultaneously, separately or sequentially.
