<p>The present invention relates to a swaying apparatus for an exercise bike and an exercise bike having a swaying apparatus, in which a damping mean is provided on the exercise bike, which is formed in a shape of a bicycle and has a principal object of exercising user′s lower body and waist indoors. Since a user and the exercising bike sway in a front/rear direction as well as in a left-right direction due to the weight of the user and the pedal rotating speed, a natural cycling effect is achieved while exercising with a feeling as if a user rids a bicycle outdoors, and a superior exercising effect is achieved due to strengthening of all muscles in the user′s body as well as leg muscles. Also, since the user feels less bored, a habit of continuous exercise may be achieved. The invention comprises: a support pipe (110) disposed to contact front and rear bottom sides of the exercise bike body (10) and having a pair of fixing bolts (111) at a central portion thereof; a housing (150) disposed at both end portions of the support pipe (110) and having a cup shape with an opened lower portion; an elastic member (120) disposed to be inserted into the housing (150); and a anti-slip member (130) disposed at a bottom surface of the elastic member (120).</p> |
