<p>A propulsion apparatus for a ship and a ship including the same are disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the propulsion apparatus for a ship comprises a rear propeller which is fixated to a rotary shaft; a front propeller which is supported by the rotary shaft at the front of the rear propeller to be able to rotate; a reverse rotation device which reverses the rotation of the rotary shaft in order to transmit the rotation to the front propeller, and includes a gear box accommodated in an installation space formed at the tail of a hull from the back of the hull while having a reverse gear unit mounted for realizing the reversal of the front propeller; and a corrosion preventive device which is included in either or both of a part between a front propeller hub and the tail of the hull, and between the front propeller hub and a rear propeller hub.</p> |
