<p>PURPOSE: A spindle motor is provided to reduce manufacturing costs without a bearing housing by fixing a bearing to a core. CONSTITUTION: A stator has a core(120) and a coil. The core is vertically installed on a base(110). The core is comprised of first to third core layers(121,124,127). The coil is wound around the core. A bearing(140) is fixed inside the core. A rotary shaft(150) is rotatably supported by the bearing. The rotor has a rotor yoke and a magnet. A rotor yoke is fixed to the rotary shaft. The magnet is combined with the rotor yoke.</p> |
