<p>The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus to operate control of a tracking area (TA) list in consideration of a femtocell of an LTE system. According to the present invention, the method for operation control of a TA list for a femtocell, as a method to operate a TA in consideration of a femtocell by a mobility management entity (MME) managing the TA, comprises: (a) step whereby the MME receives a location registration or location registration update requesting signal from a mobile terminal; (b) step whereby the MME verifies whether the mobile terminal is being connected to a femto base station based on the requesting signal; (c) step whereby the MME verifies whether a set TA list exists in a new TA transmitted from the mobile terminal if it is verified that the mobile terminal is being connected to the femto base station; and (d) step whereby, upon processing location registration, the MME transmits a response including the set TA list in response to the requesting signal of the mobile terminal if the TA list exists, and the MME generates and sets a TA list including the new TA and transmits a response including the newly set TA list in response to the requesting signal of the mobile terminal if the set TA list does not exist.</p> |
