<p>The present invention relates to an observation system surveying and measuring a ground surface in GPS coordinates for each reference point by detecting a topographical change which includes a reference station having an absolute position value, receiving a position value from a satellite to relatively calculate the position value in order to output a compensated GPS value, and outputting the outputted compensated GPS value to the outside by wireless communication; a reference measurer mounted on a tripod to be placed on a measurement point, and having functions of calculating, displaying, and saving an angle, a distance, and coordinates of the measurement point, and wire/wireless communication; and a surveyed data processor receiving the angle, the distance, and the coordinates of the measurement point from the measurement equipment of the reference measurer by wire/wireless communication, wherein the tripod includes an upper end support; three legs having upper ends rotatably coupled to the upper end support to be installed to be opened and closed; a mount coupled to the upper end support to have the measurement equipment mounted; a leg supporter for supporting the legs in opened states; and a means for maintaining a horizontal state of the mount for enabling the mount to automatically maintain the horizontal state, such that the upper surface of the mount maintains the horizontal state by the means for maintaining a horizontal state of the mount when the legs are landed on the ground, and the measurement equipment maintains the horizontal state only by mounting the measurement equipment on the mount after installing the tripod by supporting the legs by the leg supporter, thereby promptly placing the measurement equipment by the tripod and performing the measurement work.</p> |
