The purpose of the present invention is to provide a coil deformation prevention moving cart comprising: a main body (110) including a moving member (160) on both sides thereof to move along the bottom surface or a rail; a moving body (120) vertically moving in the main body (110); a lifting member (130) which is installed on the inner side or the outer side of the main body (110) to vertically move the moving body (120); a pair of support rollers (140) formed on both sides of the upper part of the moving body (120) to support the lower surface of a coil (A); supporting rollers (142) supporting the lower both sides of the coil (A) to vertically rotate about the central shafts (141) of the support rollers (140); and a rotating member (150) which vertically rotates the supporting rollers (142). The coil deformation prevention moving cart can prevent a coil from shaking or a fall accident from being generated by stably supporting both sides of the lower part of the coil. Also, the coil deformation prevention moving cart is normally folded, but is unfolded when the coil is supported, thereby preventing interference in surrounding equipment and increasing use efficiency by being applied to a small space. Particularly, the coil deformation prevention moving cart controls a supported width depending on the size of the coil, thereby improving work efficiency.
