<p>The present invention relates to a stem cell having endothelial characteristics, which is derived from mesenchymal stem cell, and to a method for preparing the stem cell from the mesenchymal stem cell. Moreover, the present invention relates to a composition including the stem cell or a culture medium of the same for treating or preventing ischemic diseases. The stem cell according to the present invention has both the characteristics of endothelial cells and stem cells, and shows the active angiogenic ability by having the high cell multiplication rate, cell migration ability, and DNA preservability, thereby being capable of effective usage in prevention or treatment of ischemic diseases.</p> |
