摘要 In the present invention, provided are a diagnosis marker detecting cancer by using a simple and noninvasive method with high accuracy and sensitivity and cancer diagnosis and a method for screening biomarkers related to cancers by using the detection of protein glycation. In the present invention, disclosed are a deglycosylation peptide piece from proteins including an N-linked glycosylation motive and a method for diagnosing cancer by using difference between the rate of non-glycosylated peptide pieces and a control group. According to the present invention, the method for diagnosing cancers by using the detection of protein glycation rate uses at least one existing markers and accordingly diagnoses cancers under high specificity and sensitivity, and moreover, can be used for developing a new marker for diagnosing cancers.
