<p>The present invention relates to a method and a device for controlling the hand-over message transmission power of a mobile station in a mobile communication system. The present invention comprises the processes of: acquiring uplink data relating to a hand-over target base station; using the uplink data to determine the maximum transmission power of a hand-over ranging message; and transmitting a hand-over ranging message having a power level below the determined maximum transmission power to the hand-over target base station.</p> |
