The present invention relates to a Matricaria recutica flower tincture extract, a method for preparing the same, and cosmetics comprising the same for improving skin condition or skin blood flow. The preparation method according to the present invention can prepare the extract comprising large amount of active ingredients of the Matricaria recutica flower by leaching the active ingredients by soaking the Matricaria recutica flower into an alcoholic primary extractant; and secondarily extracting using a secondary extractant comprising hexandediol, glycereth-26, dipropylene glycol, and polyethylene glycol-150. In addition, a cosmetic composition comprising the extract extracted according to the preparation method not only significantly increases skin blood flow but reduces skin roughness. |
