The purpose of the present invention is to provide a molten iron manufacturing apparatus which is provided to maintain an adequate reduction ratio in a fluidized reduction furnace by separating a part of reducing gas discharged from an final reducing furnace, discharging the reducing gas to the outside, mixing remaining reducing gas with modified flue off-gas, and supplying the mixed gas to other reducing furnaces placed on the upper end of the final reducing furnace. The molten iron manufacturing apparatus comprises: a multi-stage fluidized reduction furnace reducing an iron-containing mixture, formed by mixing powder or ore type coal for general use with powder type iron-containing ore, to direct-reduced iron; a compacted iron manufacturing device processing the direct-reduced iron to manufacture high temperature compacted iron; a melting furnace manufacturing molten iron from the high temperature compacted iron; and a pipe unit maintaining the adequate reduction ratio of the direct-reduced iron. |
