The present invention has a purpose of providing a shoelace fastening device which can maintain the top part of a shoe to be neat and clean by fastening the shoe by pulling a shoelace and preventing the shoelace and a shoelace hanging part from being exposed outside by being covered with an outer shell. The shoelace fastening device according to the present invention comprises upper and lower fastening covers formed on the top part of an outer shell of the shoe to be overlapped by crossing each other; first multiple shoelace hanging parts formed on the inner surface of the upper fastening cover; second multiple shoelace hanging parts formed on the outer surface of the lower fastening cover to correspond to the first multiple shoelace hanging parts and be separated from the same; a shoelace hung on the first and second shoelace hanging parts to pull the first shoelace hanging parts and the second shoelace hanging parts in the direction of being adjacent to each other; a shoelace fastener formed on the outer surface of the lower side of the fastening cover to loose or fasten the shoelace. |
