PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system capable of freely changing the attachment position of a surface light-emitting lighting device in an attachment region, such as a ceiling or a wall, while reducing a cost and having high reliability with simple configurations.SOLUTION: The lighting system comprises: a surface light-emitting illumination part having a surface light-emitting panel, an enclosure for accommodating the surface light-emitting panel, and a plurality of plugs which protrude from the enclosure towards on the opposite side of a light outgoing direction of the surface light-emitting panel, the plugs being electrically connected to the surface light-emitting panel; and an illumination fitting part having a plurality of jacks, in which the plurality of plugs are fitted, for supplying electric power to the surface light-emitting illumination part and for fixing the surface light-emitting illumination part via the jacks. Each of the plurality of jacks and the plurality of plugs configures a single electric pole and is periodically arranged at prescribed intervals, and each of the plurality of jacks is connected to an electric power source having two different polarities, such that the polarity of one jack is different from that of at least one of the adjacently arranged other jacks. |
