<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting device having no chromaticity unevenness. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor light-emitting device comprises a substrate having an element mounting surface forming a diffusion reflection surface, and conductor wiring provided on the element mounting surface, and a plurality of semiconductor light-emitting elements each having a rectangular contour and arranged annularly on the element mounting surface so that the mounting direction is identical and connected electrically with the conductor wiring. The conductor wiring does not intrude into an inter-element region surrounded by a line connecting one end and the other end of opposing long sides between two adjoining semiconductor light-emitting elements and the opposing long sides of two semiconductor light-emitting elements. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
