<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture which can prevent an uncomfortable feeling from being given to a user. <P>SOLUTION: A lighting fixture 10 comprises a plurality of light sources 45, 46, 47 and 48, and a light source lighting circuit 37 for automatically dimming the light sources 45, 46, 47 and 48 in accordance with an illuminance value from a sensor 55.
