<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant voltage circuit for supplying fixed output voltage to load regardless of output current. <P>SOLUTION: A constant voltage circuit includes: main voltage-dividing resistance circuits R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>in which voltage to be applied to each of serially connected resistances changes according to an increase or a decrease of output voltage; a main shunt regulator IC<SB POS="POST">1</SB>in which a reference terminal is connected to a voltage-dividing point (point e) of the main voltage-dividing resistance circuits R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>; a resistance R<SB POS="POST">B</SB>for voltage drop in which voltage drop is generated in accordance with current I<SB POS="POST">K</SB>flowing into a cathode of the main shunt regulator IC<SB POS="POST">1</SB>; and an output voltage correction part 2 for raising output voltage V<SB POS="POST">OUT</SB>in accordance with the decrease of the voltage drop of the resistance R<SB POS="POST">B</SB>for voltage drop, and for dropping the output voltage V<SB POS="POST">OUT</SB>in accordance with the increase of the voltage drop. The current I<SB POS="POST">K</SB>flowing into the cathode of the main shunt regulator IC<SB POS="POST">1</SB>is decreased by an increase of output current, and increased by a decrease of output current. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
